The Monet screening package
The foundation. 52 biomarkers, ECG, and an unhurried doctor consult - your annual health baseline, sorted in one visit.
The Monet package is Hisential's entry-tier health screening - a 52-biomarker foundation panel designed for adults under 35 with no known risk factors, or anyone establishing a yearly baseline. It includes consultation, physical examination, ECG with cardiac risk scoring, full blood count, kidney and liver panels, cholesterol, diabetes screening, venereal disease screen, and a bone & joint panel - reviewed unhurried by our MMC-registered medical team and coordinated by a Personal Health Concierge.

Before your visit
- Fast 8-10 hours before your appointment (plain water is fine) - the Monet lipid, glucose, and liver panels all require a true fast to be meaningful.
- Skip alcohol for at least 24 hours; even one glass the night before can lift GGT and triglycerides on a baseline panel.
- Keep taking prescribed medication unless your prescriber says otherwise, and jot down the names and doses to share at consult.
- Wear a comfortable two-piece outfit so the doctor can perform the physical exam and ECG without you needing to change fully.
- Allow about 90 minutes on site - Monet has no imaging beyond ECG, so the visit is quicker than the higher tiers. Bring photo ID and any past screening reports for year-on-year tracking.
What to expect during your visit
- 1Concierge check-in: paperwork is mostly pre-filled from your booking; you confirm history and any new symptoms.
- 2Biophysical station: blood pressure, BMI, body-fat percentage, and visual acuity logged into your baseline.
- 3Phlebotomy: a single blood draw covers the full 52-biomarker Monet panel; urine sample collected in a private room.
- 4Resting 12-lead ECG with cardiac-risk scoring - your earliest objective measure of heart rhythm and conduction.
- 5Unhurried doctor consultation: full history, physical exam, same-day vitals and ECG interpretation, with lifestyle guidance tailored to a baseline-building patient.
- 6Concierge wrap-up: your results-review slot is booked before you leave so the report lands with a date already attached.
How your results are delivered
Lab results typically return within 1-2 working days for the Monet panel. Your Personal Health Concierge collates the report and books a baseline-focused review consultation (phone, video, or in-person) where the doctor explains every number in plain English and sets your year-on-year tracking benchmarks. If anything flags, the concierge coordinates the next step - usually a single repeat test or a targeted upgrade - without you needing to chase a referral.
Why Monet vs. neighbouring tiers
Monet covers the essentials but does not include cancer markers, thyroid panel, imaging beyond ECG, or hepatitis screening. If you are over 35, have family history of cancer or heart disease, or have not screened in 2+ years, Picasso (RM 699) is a better starting point.
