  1. What exactly is a Hisential Personal Health Concierge?

    Your concierge is a named, human point of contact at Hisential - not a call centre, not a chatbot. They book your doctors, prep your file before each visit, line up labs and imaging, chase results, manage prescriptions and refills, and follow up between visits. Same person, every time, so you never have to repeat your story.

  2. How do I reach my concierge - and how fast will they respond?

    WhatsApp is the fastest channel and what most patients use day-to-day. Concierge cover runs 365 days a year, with same-business-day responses during clinic hours (10:00-20:00) and triage cover overnight for urgent matters. You can also reach the concierge by phone, email, or directly inside the clinic during a visit.

  3. How does the concierge coordinate my health screening?

    Once you've chosen a screening tier, your concierge schedules your bloods, imaging and physician review in one visit (or splits them where fasting timing matters), sends pre-visit prep, confirms claimable items with your insurer, hands you results in plain English alongside the doctor, and then schedules any follow-on tests, referrals or treatment without you having to chase.

  4. What happens after my appointment - who handles follow-up?

    Your concierge owns it. They'll send a written recap of what was discussed, the next recommended step, and any prescription or test orders. If a follow-up review is due in 2 weeks, 3 months or a year, they put it on your calendar and remind you ahead of time. You won't get lost in a queue between visits.

  5. I'm starting a treatment plan (e.g. ED, TRT, hair loss). What does ongoing care look like?

    For multi-month treatment programmes, your concierge runs a structured cadence: scheduled bloods at the right intervals, dose-titration check-ins with your physician, refill reminders before you run out, and a quarterly progress review. If something isn't working, they escalate to your doctor the same day rather than waiting for the next appointment.

  6. Can I message the concierge for small questions between appointments?

    No. Concierge coordination is included with every Hisential consultation, screening package and treatment programme - it's how we work, not a paid add-on. You only pay for the medical services and medications themselves, all quoted up front before anything is booked.
